| How
quickly can you deliver my futon? |
We deliver within 24 hours to all parts of mainland
Britain. Futons can be built to your own specifications within 5 working days |
| Which
days do you deliver? |
Delivery is 5 days a week, Monday to Friday and we can
offer a next-day service. Saturday and timed delivery is also available for an
additional charge. Please call us for details. |
| Can I
collect my futon myself? |
Yes. We can prepare your futon for collection. Monday to
Saturday, at a time that is convenient for you |
| What if
I want to change my futon for any reason? |
Just let us know within 7 days so we can arrange to take
the futon back (re-packed please). All we ask is that you pay the transport
costs. Of course, in the unlikely event of there being a problem with the
futon and brought to our attention within 28 days, FutonDirect will pay all
transport costs |
| Can you
make cushions to go with our new futon? |
Certainly. We can provide all the extras you like, such as
bolsters, loose cleanable covers, scatter and floor cushions.

| What is
special about a futon mattress? |
A futon mattress is constructed using layer upon layer of
all-natural materials (wool and cotton). |
| How many
layers are in the mattresses from FutonDirect? |
A typical 3 seat mattress has 7 layers. A 2-seater
tri-fold mattress has 5 layers. |
| Can you
make a 'hypo-allergenic' mattress? |
Yes. We can supply you with a mattress with a 100% pure
cotton filling |
| What
choice of cover is there? |
FutonDirect have a full range fabrics from which to
choose, and we can send you up to 6 samples for approval before we start work on
your futon. |
| Is it
possible to have a mattress covered in two different fabrics? |
Yes. Just let us know your favourite 2 fabrics and we can
make you a 'double-sided' futon mattress. |

| Do I
have to order over the internet? |
No. You can telephone us and talk to a member or our sales
staff, or email us and we will call you. |
| How do I
pay for my new futon? |
Our sales staff can take your credit card details when you
call, or you can pay by cheque/cash if you prefer. |
